Digital Product Nature

FranchiseLens reports are personalized digital products generated instantly based on your assessment inputs. Once your report is generated and delivered, the service has been fully rendered.

Refund Eligibility

Before Report Generation

If you contact us before completing the assessment and payment, we can cancel your session with no charge.

After Report Delivery

Because reports are delivered instantly as PDF downloads, refunds are generally not available after delivery. The report contains the data and analysis that was promised at purchase.

Exceptions

We may consider refunds on a case-by-case basis for:

  • Technical errors: If a technical issue prevented report delivery or caused significant data corruption
  • Duplicate purchases: If you accidentally purchased the same report twice within a short period
  • Billing errors: If you were charged incorrectly

Duplicate Purchases

If you accidentally purchase the same report twice (same assessment inputs within 24 hours), contact us and we will refund the duplicate charge.

How to Request a Refund

  • Your order confirmation email or transaction ID
  • The email address used for purchase
  • A description of the issue

We aim to respond to refund requests within 2 business days.

Processing Time

Approved refunds are processed through Stripe and typically appear on your statement within 5-10 business days, depending on your bank.
